Important training >> Scottish World Series Round is ahead

Three weeks ago, right after my win at the European Enduro Series, the target was clear: gain in fitness while keeping my good feelings on the bike. Long endurance sessions, workout at the gym, running and intensities occupied thus my trainings, and pure Enduro rides were limited to 2 per week. The first weekend of May, I even took part at a Cross-Country race! After 18 months away from such kind of event, the experience was painful for the legs, but enjoyable for the head. These weeks of preparation should have ended with an Enduro race in France. Unfortunately, a virus attacked my stomach last week and I spend my weekend in the bathroom instead of on the singletracks of the Bluegrass Enduro Tour. From now, it's all about recovering from these trainings (and from the virus) to be fit for the end of the month and the Scottish round of the Enduro World Series! I will fly the 21st to UK, where I'll take part in a national Enduro race that precedes the world class event of one week. I can't wait :)
